BannerApi class abstract

The Banner contract, for consumers that want to depend on an interface rather than BannerController directly — e.g. a publisher's own Clean Architecture layer holding this behind its own infrastructure adapter.

Named BannerApi, not the bare Banner the other two placement interfaces use, because package:flutter/widgets.dart (pulled in by material.dart) already declares its own unrelated class Banner — a bare name here would collide for every consumer that imports both.

BannerPlacement is a StatefulWidget, rebuilt and discarded by Flutter at will, so it cannot be called into imperatively itself. BannerController is the stable, holdable object that implements this instead — the same pattern as TextEditingController/WebViewController/GoogleMapController.
