telemetry method

Future<List<SyniInferenceMetric>> telemetry()

Recent on-device inference metrics, including per-fallback root-cause diagnostics (SyniFallbackDiagnostics). Drained from the runtime's telemetry ring buffer. Empty when the engine isn't loaded or nothing has run yet. Cloud turns are not recorded here — this is the on-device engine.
