int hsiBufferCapacity

Ring capacity handed to init_hsi_buffered. Frames arrive at ~1 Hz during an active session and the oldest is evicted when the ring is full, so size it for the worst gap between drains the host expects, not for typical operation. 64 covers a minute with nobody polling.
