Allows to customize the HijriDatePickerYearCellStyle.textStyle, HijriDatePickerYearCellStyle.todayTextStyle, HijriDatePickerYearCellStyle.disabledDatesTextStyle, HijriDatePickerYearCellStyle.cellDecoration, HijriDatePickerYearCellStyle.todayCellDecoration, HijriDatePickerYearCellStyle.disabledDatesDecoration in year and decade view of the date range picker.
