PaginatedViewBuilder<T> typedef

PaginatedViewBuilder<T> = Widget Function(BuildContext context, PagedViewState<T> state, VoidCallback loadMore)

Builds a widget from a PaginatedCache's current PagedViewState.

loadMore fetches the next page; the app decides when to call it from its own scroll wiring.
