SavedCard class

A card previously saved via doCardOnFile: true. id is sent as savedCardId to pay with it.

The id arrives under savedCardId, the PAN under pan (already partly masked by the server, e.g. "445653XXXX1096") - id/cardNumber are fallbacks for other response shapes.
