StreamSheetDragHandle class

The visual drag handle drawn at the top of a Stream-styled sheet.

A small pill-shaped indicator that signals the sheet can be dismissed by dragging. Wrapped in a Semantics node so assistive technology can dismiss the enclosing sheet by tapping the handle — the tap targets the enclosing StreamSheetRoute (via StreamSheetRoute.maybeOf) so a nested navigator inside the sheet can't intercept it, and falls back to the nearest Navigator when the handle is composed outside a StreamSheetRoute.

The handle's color and size resolve from StreamSheetThemeData.dragHandleColor / StreamSheetThemeData.dragHandleSize, with built-in fallbacks of StreamColorScheme.accentNeutral and a 36 × 5 pill.

Used by StreamSheetRoute internally; can also be composed by callers when building custom sheet content.
