DefaultStreamLoadingSpinner class
Default implementation of StreamLoadingSpinner.
Renders a spinner using CircularProgressIndicator, transitioning to a
checkmark when the progress reaches 1.0. Styling is resolved from widget
props and built-in defaults in that order.
