MatrixBlock class final

A row-major rectangular view onto a Float64List.

The engine keeps the full transition and process-noise matrices in a single flat buffer and hands each component a view of its own diagonal block. The stride is the row length of the underlying matrix, which is why a block can be written without knowing where it sits or copying anything afterwards.

Indices are not bounds-checked beyond what the typed list does itself; this type lives in the filter's hot loop.

Constructors

MatrixBlock(Float64List storage, int offset, int stride, int rows, int cols)
A view of rows x cols starting at offset, where consecutive rows of the view are stride elements apart in storage.
MatrixBlock.dense(int rows, int cols)
A standalone rows x cols matrix with its own backing store.

Properties

cols → int
Columns in the view.
final
hashCode → int
The hash code for this object.
no setterinherited
offset → int
Index in storage of this view's top-left entry.
final
rows → int
Rows in the view.
final
runtimeType → Type
A representation of the runtime type of the object.
no setterinherited
storage → Float64List
The buffer the view reads and writes.
final
stride → int
Distance in storage between consecutive rows of the underlying matrix.

Methods

add(int i, int j, double value) → void
Adds value to entry (i, j).
at(int i, int j) → double
Entry (i, j).
fill(double value) → void
Writes value into every entry of the view.
noSuchMethod(Invocation invocation) → dynamic
Invoked when a nonexistent method or property is accessed.
inherited
set(int i, int j, double value) → void
Sets entry (i, j).
setIdentity() → void
Sets this block to the identity. Only meaningful for a square view.
toString() → String
A string representation of this object.

Operators

operator ==(Object other) → bool
The equality operator.
