restart abstract method
void
restart()
Brings the lifecycle beans back to the state right after refresh,
typically after pause, then publishes ContextRestartedEvent.
It stops the pauseable Lifecycle beans if the lifecycle is still
running, then starts the auto-startup SmartLifecycle beans again.
Unlike start, beans that are not auto-startup stay stopped. A bean
whose SmartLifecycle.stopWithCallback callback is still pending is
started when the callback fires. Like Spring 7's restart().
Implementation
void restart();
