EncodeException class
The error of a call whose arguments could not be written into the
request: a body the ObjectMapper cannot write, a nested object in a
form, or a value whose runtime type is an object where a path, query
or header needs a single value.
It is thrown before anything is sent, with status -1. Feign's
counterpart is EncodeException.
