OAuth2AuthorizedClientManager class abstract interface

Hands out valid tokens: it loads the stored client, renews it when it expires soon, gets client-credentials tokens, and saves the result.

Everything that calls an API with a token goes through it (the Feign interceptor does), so a token is refreshed in one place. Two callers asking for the same registration and principal at the same time share one call to the provider: a refresh token is never sent twice (many providers rotate it, and the second use would log the user out).

Spring (Java): OAuth2AuthorizedClientManager.
