MatrixEnv class final
How the apps of a matrix get the values that their code reads, which
the developer of an app fills in after generating it, such as the public
key of a service: the file of an app with them, and the toolArguments
with which the commands of the flutter tool that build, run or test an
app give it those values.
The tool of a matrix gives it, from the role whose providers give an app
its values, as it gives the plan of CI the role whose providers own the
native projects: this library knows neither the role nor its providers.
The matrix writes the values of the tests of an app into file (see
MatrixAppTest.envValues), and runs flutter test with the
toolArguments of the app.

toolArguments
→ List<
String> Function(MatrixApp app) -
The arguments that each command of the
fluttertool that builds, runs or tests an app of the matrix needs so that the values reach the app, in their order, which come after the name of the command, as influtter test <arguments>; none for an app that needs none, such as an app whose modules read no values.final
