MatrixExpectedFailure class final

A test of an app of the matrix that must fail, and a reason that its first failure must give, such as a test of a role in an app whose provider of the role has a known bug.

A test that passes whatever the provider of its role does checks nothing: an app with a provider that has a bug shows that the test fails on the bug, and on nothing else (see expectedFailureProblems).
