EveryModuleAppPerProvider class final

One app with every module for each provider of role: the first of the apps that has it, which has the first providers of the other roles that fit with it.

So CI configures an app with the external services of its modules and starts it once for each provider of the app entry role, which owns the native projects and their configuration, rather than for each combination of the providers. It takes no app of modeAppsOf: those apps differ from its own in their Dart code only.
