NamedEveryModuleApp class final

The app with every module whose case of the contract harness is name, such as every module (riverpod), as a job of CI takes its app of the plan (see matrixPlanOf).

It is one of the apps of everyModuleAppsOf, whose mode options have their first value: the name of an app of modeAppsOf selects no app, and the selection takes none of those apps next to its own.
