SmartLinksBridgeBudget class
Budgets for the native bridge.
MethodChannel.invokeMethod has NO timeout. If the native side never
replies the returned future never completes AND never throws, so a
surrounding try/catch cannot see it — the caller simply waits forever. When
that call sits before runApp the app never draws a first frame: no crash,
no log, no Crashlytics record, just a blank screen. That is how "app doesn't
open at all" is produced (SmartLinks concern #2600, Stocks).
So every bridge call below is bounded. The budget differs by kind: launch-path calls must fail fast, AI work is legitimately slow.
