PhoneFormatSpec class

Defines the national-number format for a specific country.

Pattern syntax: # → consumes one digit → space separator (displayed while typing) - → dash separator (/) → parenthesis (used in NANP format)

Example: ## ####-###### for Bangladesh → 17 5869-130323
