SheenChip class Selection

A filter or sort chip: a 36-point capsule. Selected, it is inverted (text-coloured fill); unselected, it is glass. It can lead with a glyph, end with one (trailingIcon) and show a menu chevron (menu).

Put chips in a SheenChipRow (or any horizontal scroll view): chip rows scroll sideways and never wrap.
