UnexpectedErrorExitException class

An ErrorExitException caused by an exception that the CLI code did not anticipate.

Indicates a potential internal error in the CLI or Serverpod Cloud, rather than a failure the user can correct. Errors of this type are eligible for diagnostics reporting.
