PGDATA directory for embedded PostgreSQL (serverpod_embedded_postgres).

When non-null and non-empty after trimming, PostgresPoolManager boots a managed postmaster in this directory before opening connections.

Relative paths should be resolved with withResolvedLocalPath at the server boundary before the pool starts.
