AuthWebAuthnCeremonyFixture class final

Deterministic browser-shaped ES256 WebAuthn ceremony payloads.

This fixture is test support only. It models PublicKeyCredential.toJSON() values while retaining the private key needed to sign assertions. It never contacts a browser, authenticator, metadata service, or network endpoint.
