Sequenzy for Flutter

Develop

Tests run against ../contract/fixtures. Releases are published from Sequenzy's main repository with a flutter-v<version> tag (see mobile-sdks/RELEASING.md there); this folder is copied to Sequenzy/sequenzy-flutter on each release.
