ShouldRenewGroup returns a boolean that indicates whether or not this group should be renewed. The result is 1 if the group expires in less than 6 months, 0 otherwise.

@param sealdSdk The SealdSdk instance. @param groupId The group for which to check if renewal is necessary. @param result A pointer where to store the result. @param error A pointer to a SealdError* where details will be stored in case of error. @return Error code: -1 if an error happened, 0 for success.
