Retrieve a connector by its connectorId, then updates the local cache of connectors.

@param sealdSdk The SealdSdk instance. @param connectorId The ID of the connector to retrieve. @param result A pointer to a SealdConnector pointer where the result will be stored. @param error A pointer to a SealdError* where details will be stored in case of error. @return Error code: -1 if an error happened, 0 for success.
