ScanSource class abstract interface

Anything that produces scans: a camera plugin adapter, a keyboard wedge listener, a test.

Implement it to connect another scanner package; see scan_tally_mobile_scanner for an example. Camera sources should emit frames with continuous: true for every image in which codes were found.
