FileArtifactCache class

파일 시스템 ArtifactCache.

앱은 캐시 디렉토리(iOS Library/Caches, Android context.cacheDir, Flutter는 path_provider의 getApplicationCacheDirectory())를 넘긴다 — OS가 비울 수 있는 자리가 맞다. 번들 fallback이 항상 있으므로 캐시가 사라져도 번역 공백은 생기지 않는다.
