Events emitted by models.download, correlated by DownloadEvent.operationId and its per-event sequence counter.

One grammar throughout: started, then progress deltas, then a terminal completed/failed/cancelled. models.download never fabricates a DownloadCompleted after a DownloadFailed/DownloadCancelled.
