scale property

@TagNumber.new(2) double get scale

1.0 = as trained, 0.0 = applied but contributing nothing, negatives subtract. Unbounded and signed. Presence is authoritative: an explicit 0.0 is honoured. Unset falls back to the catalog entry's default_scale (including an explicit catalog 0.0), then to 1.0. Commons owns this resolution — SDKs must not coerce unset/0 to 1.0 locally.
