AuthRateLimiter<TContext> class abstract interface

Application-owned policy for throttling authentication operations.

Implementations commonly combine a trusted client address from context with AuthRateLimitRequest.identifier. Do not log or persist the request object as a whole: its context and identifier may contain private data.
