MutationRef class final

A "ref" to be used within Mutation.run.

By using this ref instead of the usual Ref/WidgetRef, this enables Mutation.run to be do things such as:

• Keeping providers alive for the run duration.
• Closing any pending subscriptions specific to run after it completes.
