Build a document URI for a resource owned by the current user

Creates a stable Ricochet URI with the current user as owner and the configured preferred servers as resolution hints.

Example:

final uri = client.buildDocumentUri('profile');
// ricochet://12D3KooW.../doc/profile?servers=12D3KooWServer...
