RPAnswerFormat class

A base (abstract) class for different answer formats.

The answer format describes the format how a question can be answered. Research Package uses RPQuestionStep and RPFormStep (RPQuestionSteps on a single page) to represent a question in a survey. Each questions needs to have an associated Answer Format.

Note: This class should be an abstract class but since we need to serialize it we have to provide a constructor and factory. There's no better solution found yet. Used in RPStepResult
