PrintPdfRenderer class

Turns a PrintTemplate into a PDF document.

The template design is drawn element by element with the units of the designer: positions, sizes, font sizes and stroke widths are millimetres. When the paper cell differs from the design size, the design is stretched to fill the cell and fonts follow the smaller of the two ratios.

Preview and print use the same bytes, so what the user sees on screen is exactly what reaches the printer.
