RegexModel.iban constructor

RegexModel.iban({
  1. String? country,
  2. String? title,
})

A valid IBAN: country length and check digits (mod 97). Spaces and lowercase are fine, as people paste "TR33 0006 1005 …". Pass country (e.g. 'TR') to accept only that country.
