NewInstanceCapability class
Gives support for reflective invocation of constructors (of all kinds) matching namePattern interpreted as a regular expression.
Constructors with the empty name are considered to have the name 'new'.
Note that this capability implies TypeCapability, because there is no way
to perform a newInstance
operation without class mirrors.
