DateTime? toLocal()

Returns this DateTime value in the local time zone.

Returns this if it is already in the local time zone. Otherwise this method is equivalent to:

DateTime.fromMicrosecondsSinceEpoch(microsecondsSinceEpoch,
                                    isUtc: false)
