ReactRefProp class final

Wrapper indicating a host prop is a ref callback.

Renderers use this wrapper to distinguish ref callbacks from ordinary values during prop encoding. Client encoders unwrap and convert the inner ReactCallback; server encoders omit ref props entirely.
