initializer abstract method

MemoryPointer<RFunction<R>> initializer()

Backend-specific: produces the callable native pointer for function. Native: wraps a NativeCallable<C>, returns its nativeFunction cast to RVoid. Wasm: registers via addFunction(jsFunction, signature), wraps the int as a pointer.
