How the client learns that the app is back in front and that the network is back. QueryClientProvider maps the app lifecycle onto the client's focus state by default. Connectivity is opt-in: pass an OnlineStatus — fixed, or a stream of changes from the package of your choice — and queries and mutations with the default network mode pause while the client believes it is offline.
