Enabled const no

The query never fetches on its own (TanStack Query: enabled: false). It still serves cached data, and a refetch() still works.

This is also the spelling of TanStack Query's skipToken, which this package does not have separately; where TanStack Query treats the two differently, enabled: false is the behaviour you get. The one place that shows is Query.isDisabled with no observer attached: a cached query whose last observer left while disabled is still refetched by refetchQueries and by invalidateQueries(refetchType: all), where a skipToken query would be skipped.
