ReportPdfWriter class

Writes report layouts with the writer-side PdfDocument.

Every registered face that draws at least one glyph is subset and embedded as a CID font (F1, F3, F4, …; F2 stays Helvetica for the Latin fallback). Families without a real bold face get synthesized bold.
