iOS-only, will be ignored for Android. Whether the simulator offers external purchases in any storefront. When disabled, the simulator behaves as a device does for a customer who is not eligible.

Enabled by default. Has no effect on a physical device, nor while useExternalPurchaseCustomLinks is disabled.
