Creates a new PrivateClusterConfig. allowedProjects Optional. Additional projects that are allowed to attach to the workstation cluster's service attachment. By default, the workstation cluster's project and the VPC host project (if different) are allowed. enablePrivateEndpoint Immutable. Whether Workstations endpoint is private.
