getAuthConfig function

Gets a complete auth config. If the auth config doesn't exist, Code.NOT_FOUND exception will be thrown. Returns the decrypted auth config. args Arguments passed to this invoke. Arguments for getAuthConfig. options Invoke options controlling this call.
