Returns the IAM access control policy for the specified Project. Permission is denied if the policy or the resource does not exist. Authorization requires the Google IAM permission resourcemanager.projects.getIamPolicy on the project. Arguments for getProjectIamPolicy. options Invoke options controlling this call.
