Creates a new V2FolderNotificationConfigState. configId This must be unique within the organization. deletionPolicy Whether Terraform will be prevented from destroying the resource. Defaults to DELETE. description The description of the notification config (max of 1024 characters). folder Numerical ID of the parent folder. location Location ID of the parent organization. If not provided, 'global' will be used as the default location. name The resource name of this notification config, in the format pubsubTopic The Pub/Sub topic to send notifications to. Its format is serviceAccount The service account that needs "pubsub.topics.publish" permission to streamingConfig The config for triggering streaming-based notifications.
