If not specified in org configs will be set to CROSS_PROJECT_METADATA_ENABLED. Possible values: CROSS_PROJECT_METADATA_ENABLED CROSS_PROJECT_METADATA_DISABLED Possible values are: CROSS_PROJECT_METADATA_ENABLED, CROSS_PROJECT_METADATA_DISABLED.
