timeSeries property
A monitoring filter
specifying the TimeSeries to use for evaluating window
quality. The provided TimeSeries must have
ValueType = INT64 or ValueType = DOUBLE and
MetricKind = GAUGE.
Summed value X should satisfy
range.min <= X <= range.max for a good window.
