kmsKeyName property
Describes the Cloud KMS encryption key that will be used to protect destination BigQuery table. The BigQuery Service Account associated with your project requires access to this encryption key. i.e. projects/{project}/locations/{location}/keyRings/{key_ring}/cryptoKeys/{cryptoKey}.
